I have a problem with my lenevo ideapad Z560.
Hard is not detecting also in bios mode.

Purchase Date: 21/Sep/2010
After 20 days of purchase i meet to hard disk failure. I have many business related & personal data in this hard disk. I haveshown it to lenevo service center & the service engineer says that we can'tget backup of that hard disk.
I have bought this laptop 1months ago & this hard disk problem is created& I have lost my lots of important data due to which i am suffering a bigloss.
What is the guaranty that if i'll replace the hard disk then it will not bedead again that's why i want replacement of my laptop.
If a middle class person investing amount of 37000/ to40000/ then he thinks that its a long term investment but if it will createproblem just in 25days after purchase then what customer will think aboutLenevo products, that it's a big mistake to buy a lenevo product.
I m not getting any reply regarding my laptop replacement. Allready it has been passes 20 days when i have complained & i was not getting any response from lenevo. I was suffering business problems due to Laptop. I was trying to contact you at this no. 1800115522 from 5days but it allways says that network is busy please try after some time i have also sent a mail to you but you didn't reply. I was being frustrated.
and now they says that we can't replace the laptop & tha data backup is at your own risk. When i was talking to Mr. Manju Tatavat ( Lenovo Cusomer Care Excutive) about my problem she disconected my phone. I have been frustrated
Please tell me what should i do now?
