My name is SHEIKH ZAKIR HUSSAIN,i bought this lenovo Z570 laptop jst a
couple of months back bearing serial no-WB02580358.
this laptop has got this metallic body.
the portion beneath the keyboard is reacting with the atmosphere n
thus developing rust.

THEY TOLD ME TO CLICK THE SNAPS OF THE EFFECTED PORTION N MAIL IT TO "LENCONSUMER@IN.IBM.COM"...THEY
KEPT ME WAINTING FOR 2 BLADY WEEKS & THEN TOLD ME TO CONTACT "india@lenovoreg.com,BLHOL@wicresoft.com"
ALONG WITH A COPY OF INVOICE...

THEN THEY TOLD ME TO CONTACT TO YOU PEOPLE i.e "customercare@lencare.co.in"...

NOW THEY ARE TELLING ME TO REPEAT THE WHOLE PROCESS ALL OVER AGAIN.

i HAD SENT THEM the snapshots of that particular portion and the copy of the invoice also.My laptop is under 3 years of warranty.

I AM TREATED LIKE A BLADY FOOL...

I HAVE GOT ALL THE MAILS.PEOPLE SITTING THERE ARE HARDLY DOING ANYTHING...
kindly look into the matter n KINDLY do the needful.
