I bought my laptop on 19th February 2011. It is still under warranty, and during it's usage, one of the keys in the keyboard got broken. Now when i called up the customer service centre, they say that it would not be covered under warranty and that i would have to pay around Rs.2500/- for the same. Now, we all use keyboards and do know how long lasting they are, for a keyboard this costly, and so less durable, this should be covered under the warranty, or at least they should take at decent price for it, and not such a huge price tag. The price must be brought down to at least around Rs.500/-
