CONSUMER SUPPORT, my problem is this ki mara Laptop ki Battery Backup nahi da rahi ha jiski mana call log 2 month pahala LENOVO CUSTOMER CARE kara di ha. Us din sa aaj tak mari battery nahi ae haa.

I am Cleo from Lenovo Forum. I just bumped into your thread discussion here and am thinking what i could help. Do you mind to explain what is your real problem? Is your battery dead and cannot be charged? I'm sorry i do not quite understand your earlier posts. It'd be great if you could post here again of what happened to your machine/battery.

He has typed a lot of words in Hindi.

What he means to say is that his laptop has still for two month warranty and the battery backup time has gone down considerably. Logged a call with Lenovo customer care but yet to hear from them...

OP: I suggest you send an e-mail to their customer care instead of making calls because if you ever had to take them to consumer forum you would at least have some proof that the problem started occurring within the warranty period.

Hi Vishal, I'm sorry that you do not get update in regard to your battery issue. I could try to submit your issue you mentioned to Lenovo Customer Care and by right you would be contacted soon. At the same time, it would be good as well if you could raise your issue by sending them an email.

I noticed that your warranty expiry date is 21st June, this month! If you have yet to register your product, please do so at this page -->
Lenovo Ideapad Support & downloads - Warranty Registration

You will have to key in some particular including your date of purchase, the reseller, serial number, etc. Upon the verification of registered info, the warranty date shall be updated correspondingly.
