Default Lenovo laptop g560

i buyed a lenovo laptop g560 in delhi on 17th of july.i found a big
problem within 10 days.then i submitted my laptop at lenovo authorised
service centre, nehru place, delhi on 16th of august.then the service
authorised said that it would be diagnosed in 2 to 3 days ,then 5 to
10 days & now it goes so far that it would take over a month.my
complain no is 42700 54830 named rohan kumar.i am an engineering
student due to this without laptop i found big problem in my lab
works,my assignments & much more.so, please quickly take an action
otherwise i have no option, to go the consumer court & register a
complain about product,
Now I want complete replacement of my laptop or my money back.

Default compaq laptop's display card repair

sir,
this is to inform you that i have a compaq presario v3000 which i got repaired on 2-08-2010 from a laptop reapairing shop in nehru place delhi. my laptop was having

some problem with its display card which i got repaired from the shop named 'COMPONENT REPAIRING POINT' (address- 103 G, siddharth buliding 96, nehru place, delhi-19).
the owner of the shop charged me with Rs.3000 and in return he gave me the warranty of 1month for the free repairing of the replaced display card. Unfortunately, the

display card didn't last for more than a week. Later, when i went back to his shop to get the display card repaired again, the shop owner denied to repair the display

card. the first day when i went to his shop, he asked me to come the next day telling me that at that moment he was extrememly busy. the next day i again went to his

shop, when i told him that he himself asked me to come today he said he couldn't recognise me. and when i insisted that i came the yesterday as well then he started

mis-behaving and abusing. after insisting for half an hour he then asked me to show him the laptop then he asked me to come the next day so that in the mean time he

gets to repair my damaged display card again.The next day when i went then again he kept me waiting for three long hours,then after he somehow managed to gave me the

laptop and luckily it was working properly at that instant.
when i reached back home i started using the laptop again,then after using it for around two hours i encountered the same problem again.Then after i called him the

very next day then he told me that now he cant do any thing unless i pay him Rs 4500 more.He told me that he will change the complete mother board for that.
Then i told him that you should have told me earlier regarding this when i came to you the very first time then i asked him to refund me the money which he denied

straight away.In response to his denial i told him that if he doesnt repair or in worst scenario refund my amount for the same then i will definately take some legal

action action against him.Abruptly he replied "aap chaahey legal action lo ya illegal, ukhaad hamara koi nahi paayega. hum yaha saalo se shop chala rahe hai aap jaise

chattisso aaye hai yaha"(you take whatever action you want to-legal or illegal. in either of the case, you can't do anything to me. i have been working here for ages

and i have seen hundreds of customer like you.)

this is a worth noticing fact that on the very first day that i got my laptop repaired (2-8-2010), he didn't provide me with any kind of bill. when i asked him for

the bill, he provided me with an unauthentic-bill(kachcha bill). when i asked him- is it an authentic bill? he replied- yaha sab market me toh yahi chalta hai.(in this

market you only get these kind of bills.)

the shop is owned by- Mr. Amit and Mr. Naveen.
i have all the proofs and documents.
now, i want my laptop to be repaired so that it can work properly or i want the compensation for the display card and the mother board that got damaged after the

shopkeeper repaired it.

i will be thankful to you.
