I have a problem with LCD of my lenovo N/B G430 serial no.EB12335030.
There are some horizontal lines on LCD all the time i use the laptop.
Also the battery back up is not proper even less than an hour. I have
already report customer care unit about these problems on 16 Jul'10.

They replied that according to our data your laptop is not under
warranty period. But I have brought the laptop on 24 Jul'09 and there
is 1 year warranty.So it should be under warranty cover till 23 Jul'10.
So in that case they suggest me to send the bill invoice to
space@Lenovowarranty.co.in with reference ID 1000148402. I have sent
the mail on 17 Jul with bill abd invoice no.

Now they are not providing the service saying that your laptop is not under warranty. They are not taking any responsibility now.
So Please take the suitable action . So that
i can resolve the problem.
