HI ALL.

I BOUGHT LAPTOP Y510 , AND EXTENDED WARRATY TILL 2011.
IN ORIGINAL WARRANTY MY BATTERY GAVE PROBLEM. TUCH PAD CENSOR NOT WORKED PROPERLY, MARKS OF STICKERS ON LCD.

I GAVE TO SERVICE CENTRE R.T OUTSOURCING-LUDHIANA- THEY ONLY CHANGED LCD SAYING IT A NEW BUT ONE OF THE EMPLOYEE EXCHANGED WITH HIS LAPTOP AS I FOUND MY LCD ON HIS LAPTOP ALSO THEY BROKE BY DVD PANEL AND ON CATCHING IT THEIR ONLY THEY SMARTLY JOINT THAT WITH CELLO TAPE AND TILL DATE ITS BROKEN.

THEY KEPT REFUSED SAYING THAT TUCH PAD WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED AS THE CENSOR IS NOT COMING ALONG TUCH PAD, LATER THEY SAID YOU HAVE KEEP YOUR TUCH PAD WITH US AND TAKE LAPTOP BACK AGAIN.

THEY EVEN CREATED A FLUCTUATING PROBLEM WHEN THEY CHANGED MY LCD WHICH IN RESULT HAD NOW EFFECTED MY BATTERY AND HARD DISK.

I HAD MAILED AROUND 30 MAILS TO CUSTOMER CARE , BUT NO RESPONSE IS COMING .
