Lenovo Laptops
Dear All,
This is to share the pathetic experience i had with Lenovo laptop. First of all the lenovo laptop seems to have some inherent issues because of which most common issues like Hard Disk Failure, LCD Problem, Mother Board problem happens and journey of vicious pathetic service starts.
One goes rounds n rounds at their only so call Santacruz service center (GK Service Center) where people sitting there would take you for a ride. Some day they will say its a lcd prob, some day they will say hdd problem n some day they would say that its a mother board problem and has to replaced. If you are lucky to be a part of the extended warranty then you might get replacement may be within 3-4 weeks times which normally they commit around 5-7 working days (which just does not happen). They dont seem to be ready to under customer problem. Half the time you would feel being a ball and the call center & service center will play tennis with you from this side to other side ... There is also feeling that the engineers are not at all serious about their service standards or about their knowledge
I would urge people to think ten times before getting into this vicious cycle of buying lenovo laptops and then suffer with the service center...
