Lenovo Poor Services

respected all

i have a lenovo laptp which is not working finf from the last 45 days and i have logged complaints many times and having reference no :1.P481MVB AND P48N7JJ model :0761-D7A SERIEL NO:L3 M3408

but the lenovo support cant provided me services call made several times on 09810288547.they said part will be import and enngineer will visit but still no body is visited i m totally harash with the services and go to leagel very so.

kindly help me
