I am very much disappointed by Lenovo service center i.e. Monarch Technologies (PUNE) Pvt. LTD.
I have submitted my Laptop Lenovo Thinkpad R 400 series on 01-oct-2010 till date i.e 04-dec-2010 my Laptop is still not repaired. It is covered under waranty.
I have logged a complaint to there call center complaint no is P48ZSJN.

can any one help me out in the case.
