Please can anyone help me here...
i have a lenovo laptop Y500 and my warranty got over on 21st april 2009, so i extended its warranty for 2yrs dat is valid till 21st april 2011. But till date my warranty hasnt been claimed as it over a year, and the company which gave me the warranty i.e AFORESERVE at sakinaka,andheri has cut off their partnership with lenovo and now the service centre has been shifted to RT Outsourcing at vikhroli, and now when i am claimin for warranty the HO and andheri office arent respondin to me, and they are saying its the package is misplaced now they dont understand what to do. So i would like to ask you pepole what action should i take against them as my laptop is dead since 2 months and i also need an extra extension for this.
