I bought a Lenovo Y560 model laptop on 16 Nov. 2010, and now within a month's use its already giving me problems. The left hinge gives a cracking sound while opening/closing the lid, or while I try to move the lid. Also, it has developed 2 pixels already. And all these problems it has started to show is just within a month.. This is ridiculous. I handled the product with utmost care I could take, but even then, the hinge looks broken. I went to the local Service Provider but all in vain. I think I deserve a replacement or have my money refunded as this is just happening within a month.
