good evening sir/mam,
i purchased my laptop at 10-june-2011 from Jumbo Electronics ,PUNE.but there is some problem from that day after tomarrow.at 13-june-2011, i feel some burning smell on it than i took itMonarch IT Planet,pune than he said it is new so that smell is coming. After few days it will goes automattically shutdown than i contact the Geekak systems,pune with case id 4270252770 than the service center send engg(vikas),he said machine is OK. And next day the same problem occur(not powering on), than i personally went their service center than vikas said some problem with it Fan and Mother-board and he will order both part but he did not irder it and after that i contact again lenovo care,bangalore for my status than he said no any part lock on this lock id by geekkay systems,pune and i contact geekay systems than he take a new id 4270264356 at 12-july-2011 and send engg at 13-july-2011 and he said i want your machine for complete diaganosis but i take 3GB ram,hars disk and processor.the service center manager(mr. Nagesh) always cheat me and always said i will return u thursday than i will surely return it friday evening and at saturday he said your machine part is now available so please be patience and call mr.mahesh kulkarni .when i called mr. Mahesh than he sid machine part is not availble at this moment please wait till monday and if the part is not come at monday than be patience at 2,august.due to not available of that part.
