Default My dealer cheated me by reselling old laptop

I am victim of cheating by the reseller of HP laptop. He sold me 3 months older laptop and gave me fake bill quoting fake warranty. My story is as follows:

I purchased an HP laptop on 1st August 2010 from MaxTech in lamington road, Mumbai. I was told that the laptop s new and carries warranty of one year. My laptop broke down in a year and I send it for repairs to HP service center on 23rd july 2010 when it was under warranty as per the retailers bill. When HP customer care called me and told me that some part are broken and they are out of warranty for atleast 3 months and they also refused to do repairs since it was out of warranty. That means I was cheated and was resold a laptop of 3 months old. I want to file a complaint against Maxtech to get compensation for my laptop and time loss.
