I bought my sony vaio EH15 laptop through naaptol.com on 29 dec 2011 with the help of Netbanking payment of Rs/- 29,645.00 .I paid the totally amount on 29/11/2011. When i booked my laptop then the site shows that your order will delivered to you with in 7-10 days. time given by the company was completed on 08/12/2011.But on given date i don't recioved my product.I also informed company CEO 3-4 times on the ceo@naaptol.com. But company give me no response of my mails.
I also recived a call from the company whose number is showed on site ( +911244816557) they said to me that i must give him extra rupees amount of Rs/- 2000 for the same product at same Address.
What is the reason of that. Why they saying me for extra cost.
i don't recived my product in max. time given by the company.
