this is swapnil, booked the studio 15 laptop from bandra outlet on 18th august, it has passed exactly now 1 months but still the order has not delivered. on contacting several times in customer care the team doest have exact details of the order, on emphasizing on the order dell company has got the incorrect pincode number of my shipping address with blue dart. neither do dell and blue dart has proper information about the model, and rather than coming to bombay it has reached nashik, this is the complete negligence of the team of dell, today is 24th sept n still not deliver. i am seriously stuck badly with this issue.. kindly help me out as soon as possible... coz i don trust them as wen the order will be delivered. how come company dell and blue dart totally get influence with wrong pin code....dont they have common sense of checking with the address details...atleast take some pain of calling the customer if you dont have the correct pin code rather than placing the wrong one...this is seriosly wastage of time.
