For the last more than 8 weeks, everytime I start my laptop purchased from M/s Dell India in Feb 2010 for about Rs. 34000/-, a beep sound comes and a message is flashed that adopter connected (originally supplied with laptop) to it can not be determined and laptop will not give optimal performance. Further, it is also not charging the battery. I am afraid I will loose all data of laptop. A complaint was sent to Madam Elbert Lilly to arrange to replace it or rectify it but no response except that it has been sent to concerned section.The laptop is under guarantee. Service tag no as mentioned below laptop is BMRW4BS.

Subsequently I recd on 25.6.10 a routine email from Customercare of M/s Dell saying Dell cares and wanted feedback. I sent an email on 27.6.10 complaining the above but neither any action was taken nor any reply furnished. I had sent another request on 18.7.10 but still no response has been recd.

It is requested that the honourable court may kindly direct the company to attend to the problem.
