I purchased my laptop from dell from Nehru Place 2 months ago on 2nd may, it costed me 1 lakh rs, I have been facing problems since the day 4.. hardware failure,screen problems,dvd problems.. no one is attending to me in dell and I waste so much of my time on customer supporton phone they just make you hold and no benefit talking to them.
