[phedear sir,
i had purchased a hcl notebook on 30.10.2010 from future bazar. Since last month its charging port is not working. I had filed a complaint in hcl ( complaint no. - 8400045765,dt. 24.09.2011). Till date no call no visit has been taken place. The product is under one year on site warranty. I have called up hcl customer care daily since 25.09.2011 in this regard, no satisfactorily reponse has been received from their side.they only kep on saying that your complaint will be resolved within 24 hours since 25.09.2011.
Plz tell me what i do in this regard. The company (hcl) do not comply his warranty terms & conditions.
Plz suggest me accordingly.

I had perched Hcl netbook on 28-12-2010 from S.S.D.N infosolutions new Delhi since 3 month back my key pad`s some key`s of the key pad not working i had been filed the complain in hcl customer care they given me complain no .
day by day were passed away but no body came from their side after every month they was provided me a brand new complain no.my recent complain no. is 8400042558 and i still waiting for their response. My Hcl ME net book is under one year on site warranty and it will be expire after 3 month .Please do something for needful . I have email record also . one thing I forgot to described that H.C.L costmer care takes to much time to resistor your complain so if you DON`T have sufficient amount in your mobile then Please don`t call them .
