This is to complaint about r.t. outsourcing services limited,147-a,civil lines,near icici bank,bareilly.I had given my laptop to them for repair 2-3 months back. I was not available to collect the laptop and therefore it was received by my mother, who is not knowledgeable about the product. My mother sent the laptop to me from bareilly to noida. On receiving the laptop i discovered that the laptop was not assembled properly and the battery lock button was not properly fixed. On writing a complaint to HP on their website, an engineer was provided to me after a month. But my problem was still not solved due to internal clashes between the 2 service centers. On coming to Bareilly, the first thing i did was to submit the Laptop to the above mentioned service center. They received the laptop but refused to fix the battery lock, they had damaged. My laptop has other problems as well which were not considered. It is my humble request to plea for the same.
