I had given my 'Toshiba' Laptop which is under warranty for repair to M/s HCL having office at No. 5, Aarthi Chambers, 189 Anna Salai, Chennai 600006 on 15.04.2010.In spite of a number of visits and telephonic talk they have failed to do anything.
The Laptop was given to HCL as per instruction from M/s Toshiba as they are the authorised service center for Toshiba at Chennai.

I am put to lot of inconvenience as the Laptop is of immense use to me on daily basis. I was forced to buy another Laptop for my personal use.
