On 11-05-2010 I saw the massage on the screen you hard disk is damage {f1 problem}. I went to company showroom to show it. They send me to service centre engineer told me. Your hard disk is corrupted. Than I complain to customer service centre my case id is 4270008380 they are not send me DO report since till time. So kindly sir/madam help me out form this problem. I don’t want to repair this thing. I need replacement of my laptop.Pl sir consider it and reply me soon as possible

I purchased a hp laptop on 13 feb 2010. but for 1 months i have been getting problem in my laptop. it gets switched off automatically and some time it goes on hang positon. and regarding that i have talked to hp executives lots of time. even i can give you the activity id 3779915.
So now i wanna replace my laptop. please help me out because i have fed up to my laptop.
