Dear Sir,
With due respect and humble submission with reference to the above subject and receipt number 142 of 3rd of sept 2010,i choice a lenevo G560 series from the configuration and price list of the S.D.INFOSYS,LENEVO SHOWROOM,Dr.B.Barua road,Ulubari,Guwahati-781007(ASSAM),sdinfosys.gau@gmail.com,tel-0361-2453513/2528080
,fax-0361-2453513 having configuration G560 series,MTM-5904-5783,CPU-Dual Core P6000 2.3Ghz,2GB DDR3 RAM,HDD-500GB Sata,ODD-DVD-RW,DISPLAY-15.6'' LED,BT-YES,CR-YES,GRAPHICS-intel graphics,OS-DOS,WRNTY-1 YEARS SRP-28290 but they are giving P6000 1.86Ghz as it like a fraud to me.If they told P6000 1.86Ghz before i will choose another series since it is having low processing speed i.e not my desire configuration and i have not satisfied it.Besides this,the laptop is too slow,hang even for playing a simple video and other operations with only few song is loaded on it within 1 day,if i load more memory then what it will be... Next day i.e 4th sept.,i went to complaint to give the configuration what i had selected or money return,they are not responding and this laptop is just like a defective as it is too slow and facing a lots of problem while operating even on that dated only.I am totally dissatisfied,restless thinking of it what shall i do now.Lastly i want a money back or give the exact configuration what i had selected from their respected lists.
So,please kindly request the competent authority to take action against them and dispute it at the earliest possible.
