Samsung notebook

Dear Sir/ Madam;
I have Samsung notebook(laptop) NP-N140-KA01 IN.
ITS HARD DISK 160GB BEING FAULTY UNDER WARRANTY PERIOD,IT HAS BEEN GIVEN TO DURG(CG) CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER ON DATED 12-7-10,
TILL NOW NO SATISFACTORY ANS IS GIVEN , PL DO THE NEEDFUL AT EARLIEST. as per customer Service Center Durg (CG) & THEY ARE SAYING THAT WE DO NOT HAVE HDD FOR REPLACEMENT & SENT MY LAPTOP TO RAIPUR (CG),
PL DO THE NEEDFUL AT EARLIEST.
