:I Amit Rathod purchased a sony vaio laptop Y series(YB15) on 23/2/2011 from Laptech Solutions (Pune), second day itself it had some problem of key functioning and got it replaced from Laptech immediately. Things went fine for next two days & a boot read problem arised, the call centre technicians suggested few solution which did not work & i had to take it to your Service Centre (City Mall - Pune), They took 3 days & gave me the machine saying there were errors on the hard disk and we have replaced the same. Things went fine again for next 2 days & startup problem again arised, i was suggested computer repair option from your call centre (the cause conveyed to me was updates i am taking from windows & sony vaio care) & it worked this time the machine started fine. Just after 1 day it again had the same startup problem & this time i was asked to press(assist key) & run system recovery after which the machine worked well or next 1 day & as expected it showed a problem Boot Manager File missing at the startup itself. I took the machine to your sony centre & understanding the trouble that's coming repeatedly Mr. Nilesh from your service centre (after wating for 2 days) gave me replacement of the machine on 15/2/2011. This time i made sure i disable all the automatic updates + loaded an antivirus software as well from your technicians itself.

Now! today(16/2/2011) morning i am again getting this msg "Boot Manager File missing" at the startup. And i am totally disturbed & i have Lost my trust on SONY(atleast for laptops)
