Sony laptop problem

Default Sony laptop problem

Sir, Here is my problem.I have purchased vaio laptop with model novpceb12en having a serial number 7004927 on 05th June 2010 arround 18:00 Hours .. On 12nd june 2010 I have noticed there is spekers , Since i was out of station i was not able to submit the system on the same day. I have submitted the system to noida authorized sony service center on 13th June 2010. Then
On 14thth June 2010 they informed over phone the problem was resolved. But on seeing the system I understood that the problem was no rectified & they took back the system again.
On 22th Service center informed that it was a touch pad problem problem. They have to change the entire housing assembly.
Moreover we have informed this matter to noida office through Sony exclusive service center & I talked to one Mr. chander, who is in sony noida office which he didn’t responded to our issues properly.
Reported this issue to your toll free number via email & over phone . You can see the log information regarding my complaint with reference number 5558123 and5544939.
They replied back on 21th July 2010, they have ordered spare parts from abroad.
 Talked to Local Service center on 21th July 2010. They replied me your leaptop redy
and again i was face problem touch pad problem. and now 4th july to 14th july they have my leaptop and says , i will talk to u after somtime or i call you after 5 mint.not posotive response.
For your kind information this all has happened with in 30 days of purchase & from almost 6 time onwards system is whith your service center and call many time.
what should i do , Should i move to consumer court for replacing this product.
