Angry Sony vaio e series

i have purchased sony vaio laptop model no. VPCEB24EN on 29/06/10.it start giving me problem with in 11 days. firstly its os crashed.when i go to vaio care which is 26 km from my place .they fix problem but after 3 days its hard disk get crashed. now even after replacement of my laptop, the new one crashed & i am not getting proper attention from the service center. its a acse of mantal hrassment. i am noot able to concentrate on my studies because of this.

Angry sony laptop complaint

one thing i ud like to inform about the technical group of sony that inspite of so many people on" sony" why r u people creating defective products,tk my example i have bought a vaio laptop recently since a month and i am having problem of the dvd player i made a mistake trusting sony and one thing this is not the fault of the company its the hardware engineers fault they making such products.i don't want ur service but i want that u people sud keep ur reputation.don't make faulty products.people r investing lot of money.

Why Laptop of Sony is allowed in the Indian Market, if they are not able to provide service. Even if there is no contact number available in the website to solve the issues apart from the customer care.
