SUBJECT-DEFECTIVE SONY VAIO LAPTOP

I had purchased a SONY vaio laptop(model-VPCEB34EN/BIIN5,serial-7017627,bill-13370,dated-23/12/2010) from TEJ computer,Sainik market,Ranchi,Jharkhand,on 23/12/2010 for Rs 37000/-.
Since the very beginning the laptop had display problem.In the month of March 2011 the laptop stopped functioning.As I am pursuing my studies at Bhubaneswar,I look the laptop to the Sony service centre at Rajpath,Bapuji nagar,Bhubaneswar.After servicing and fixing the problem they gave me the laptop back .But to my utter dismay the laptop went out of order once again within couple of months.
This time I thought to draw the attention of the shop keeper from where I had purchased it.So I brought the laptop from Bhubaneswar and handed it over to TEJ computer,Ranchi,Jharkhand on 28/09/2011.After fixing the problem they handed over the laptop to me on 14/10/2011.
To my great disbelief the laptop broke down once again and this time,quite shattered,I took it to the service centre at Shahid nagar,Bhubaneswar. As a part was not available,the Sony service centre asked for a time of 15-20 days.
As the one year warranty was nearing the expiry, I decided to refer the case to my father,residing at Ramgarh cantt,Jharkand.
My father went to TEJ computer and apprised the situation to the shopkeeper.Fortunately,a Sony representative,Mr Subhasish, was available in the,floor of the shop.He too was narrated the entire episode.After the discussion, my father was given the assurance,both by the shopkeeper and the representative that they will refer the matter to Sony and see that the set is replaced as it appeared to be a genuine case of a laptop with manufacturing defects.
However nothing was done even after several appeals to the shopkeeper & the Sony representative and I had to take the delivery of the laptop from the service at Shahid nagar,Bhubaneswar, on 07.01.12.
The laptop had caused me great inconvenience during the last one year. I am pursuing my studies at Bhubaneswar by staying at hostel and episode had even hampered my studies.
I appeal once again to replace my laptop by a new one.
