Dear Sir/Madam,

I bought a SONY VAIO laptop Model: VPCEA23EN Intel Core i3 Processor and 2.26 Ghz and 320 GB Hard disk and 3 GB RAM in eZone Kandanchavadi. Date of Purchase: 11/9/2010. Serial No: 275071817001889 Model No.: UPCEA23EN/C. Exactly with a year of Purchase i had problem in Sony Laptop, below listed are the issues and i have brought it to sony service center for the same.
1. Laptop Switched Off Frequently due to some Motherboard Issues - (In Less Than 8 Months)
2. DVD Drive Didn't Read Post that and got it fixed. - (In Less Than 8 Months)
3. Hard disk got crashed and resulted in Blue Screen Error - (In Less Than 1 Year & 10 Days)

I have been a Sony customer since my child hood and has been so passionate of having Sony Products like Walkman, P1i,TV, home Theater and Camera. I am wiring this Email to communicate to Sony Management that there have serious problems me and my friends who has taken the same Laptop on the same Day. The Customer care and service center are not responding to my query and said that 1 Year of Warranty is over. I am writing this Email still with a strong hope that Sony would be delivering Quality Products and they stick by the same. Requesting your support to resolve my Laptop issue so that i can get a good and quality laptop from Sony. Sony is still one of my favorite brand until off late I realized it quality degradation, i still believe Sony products worldwide are known for their superior quality. Requesting you to investigate this case. i have already called the toll-free official helpline at 1800-103-7799 but still they haven't provide any help in any way. wherever I see a Sony hoarding or a Sony outlet, I feel it’s a 0% customer friendly brand. Requesting Sony India Management to provide appropriate customer support.
