I bought a laptop in the month of september on 29-09-2011. On october 20th i was having a problem in my laptop that is blue screen error so i went to sony service center and they are not beliving me for this they just told me we updated the driver now it fix, after 2 days again the same problem arise again i called them n went again they instal some driver n all and said it is fix now after 3 days again the same problem arise i called them they told me we will install the windows again non of them took me seriously and i went their after ten 0r fifteen days they install the windows in my system and said now its perfectly fine after 5 days again same problem arise not only this my touch pad(mouse pad) is not working this time again i went their they said we update the driver problem will resolve ok after 6 hours again same problem arise 2moro i went their again now when i shout their the manager came and said relax sir ill handle this case and i promise it will be fine this yime this is your last time still iam wating for their call from past 7 days what to do plz help me plz i want a new product from them instead of old one plz help me.

This is information regarding that i have ordered a rice cooker from flipkart on Order date: Nov 22, 2011, 05:49 PM Order Number: OD11122171405 Total amount: Rs. 1454 Order Panasonic SR WA18HK Electric Cooker (1 qty) . till date i have not recieved the order as they comitted it to deliver 3-4 days. I have ordered the product on prepaid payment.
I have also intimated the flipkart regarding the same but no response was shown by them.

please look into the matter as this has lead to the loss of reputation.
