Its really shocking , that it happens with Sony's product .... though it is VERY costly but purchased by Cutomer due to faith on its GOODWILL,REPUTATION etc of SONY INDIA.... BUT as seen by me ZERO SERVICE AS WELL AS REGD. OFFICE (DELHI )NO. GIVEN IN IT'S AUTHORISED SERVICE "JOB SHEET" AS WELL AS CUTOMER INFORMATION CELL NO. WHILE DIALLING SEEN "NO. DOESNOT EXIST".
HARDWARE PROBLEM HAS COME REGULARLY SINCE IT IS PURCHASED on 10thJuly,2010, BUT MISGUIDED BY AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE PERSONS , 1 TIME HARDDISK IS ALSO CHANGED IN MORE THAN 8 DAYS THOUGH PROMISED TO CHANGE IN 1,2 DAYS........
2ND HARDWARE PROBLEM VAIO LAPTOP SUBMITED WITH SERVICE CENTRE , THEY PROMISE TO REPLACE IN 3 DAYS BUT MORE THAN 15 DAYS i.e. from 25th Aug,2010 till today with them ... with assurance to replace in somr more days ........
I HAVE SEND LETTER FOR " REPLACEMENT NEW VAIO LAPTOP OR RETURN MONEY INVOLVED" LETTER SENT BY REGISTERED A.D. AS WELL AS BY E-MAIL BUT TILL NOW NO SOLID REPLY RECEIVED , though i have sent 2 registered A.D letter(on 25th Aug,2010 ANd on 9th Sep,2010 to G.M. sales as well as to C.E.O. in SONY INDIA PVT. LTD. REGD. OFFICE ADDRESS.)...... I SUFFERED MENTALLY , PHYSICALLY AS WELL AS FINANCIAL DUE TO IT i.e. after purchasing SONY VAIO LAPTOP ..
What's the use of such a costly machine where every 2 -3 laptops hard disk is going crashed.
And such a worst service from sony which i have never expected.
