Dear Sir / Madam,
I purchased an SONY VAIO lapton on dated 18th Aug 2010 from Vijay Sales Thane outlet in Mumbai.
After this purcase till today (within 1.2 years of time), I have serviced / repaired my laptop 4 times with Sony Services station in Andheri. Issues are as under -
1. 1st time - Hard disk los - data lost - LOST to Compnay as it is official laptop.
2. 2nd time - One key replaced - " DELETE " key broken
3. 3rd time - Again Hard Disk crashed - data lost - Again Loss to comany and Business too.
4. 4th time - this month - LCD screen broken. Sony asked me to pay INR 13000 to replaced these screen.
Just to hightlight you that I am working with an Korean company and I am the only person who is taking care of their Business in India. I am working as India Head, so you can understand how much will be the loss to company in case my laptop data loss or any other problem with laptop.
Also SONY has given me extended warrenty for next 6 months b'coz of these series of problems with my latop and now my warrenty is valid upto 12th Feb 2012. Still they are asking me to pay 13000 for LCD repaire.
MY STAND - I need a laptop replacement as I already suffered a lot by buying this laptop but they refuse to give replecement.
Hence I reqyest you to take up this issue with Sony and give me justice on this issue. I am very much fed up with Sony laptop at present.
