Sir, Here is my problem.I have purchased vaio laptop with model no VPCEA15FG E SERIES having a serial number 7005374 on 19th June 2010 arround 18:00 Hours .. On 22nd june 2010 I have noticed there is Gap between LCD pannel & housing assembly, Since i was out of station i was not able to submit the system on the same day. I have submitted the system to Calicut/Kerala authorized sony service center (MADONNA) on 28th June 2010. Then
On 29th June 2010 they informed over phone the problem was resolved. But on seeing the system I understood that the problem was no rectified & they took back the system again. On 30th Service center informed that it was a manufacture problem. They have to change the entire housing assembly. Moreover we have informed this matter to cochin office through Sony exclusive showroom over phone & I talked to one Mr. Stalin, who is in sony cochin office which he didn’t responded to our issues properly. Reported this issue to your toll free number via email & over phone . You can see the log information regarding my complaint with reference number 5546309. They replied back on 3rd July 2010, they have ordered spare parts from abroad. Talked to Local Service center on 6th July 2010. They replied me that spare parts was not delivered. So we have contacted sony exclusive showroom & have talked to these service people & your cochin office they replied back they can deliver the product only by 12th or 13 th July 2010 For your kind information this all has happened with in 9 days of purchase & from 28 th onwards system is whith your service center what should i do , Should i move to consumer court for replacing this product. i had purshased vaio e series 24en laptop on 22 of july 2010, after 10 days my hard disk crashed. i had stored around 150 gb of data in it and it is lost. and to add to my agony my laptop is still laying in aoni service center vasi . i hve been left without laptop for one month and when ever i call they say parts r coming from singapur, and this problem is hapening with all 24en laptops of sony ,guide me how can i get replacement without going to consumer court

Sir, Here is my problem.I have purchased vaio laptop with model no VPCEB24EN /WI/BI SERIES having a serial number 7012219 on 3rd september 2010 arround 17:00 Hours .. On the same day,when restart my system I got a file missing error report for rebooting press Ctrl+Alt+Enter, i tried my level best. The next day(4th september 2010) i given my laptop to the store...OXYGEN near Hospital Road KPCC Jn.,M.G.Road,Kochi. They tried to restore the lap top , they also failed, Then they given it to Sony authorized servicing centre..Maddona Electronics,Cochin(0484-2368185) on 8th september 2010,When i asked Sony authorized servicing centre they told me that its hard disk has to be replaced,so the have given it for replacement.They told me its complaint no.NEC 19257. For your kind information this all has happened with in the 1st day of purchase system is within your service center what should i do ,i cant tell parents about this tragedy, i select sony because of its proud and responsibility. So kindly do necessary arrangements. complaint no.NEC 19257 |

I purchased SONY-VAIO VPCEB24EN E-Series, Serial no.7011380 on 08-09-2010, 05.35pm
from JUHU CROMA, MUMBAI. The day i bought laptop its OS crashed so i had to take it again to CROMA for restoration, but still from that day it HANGS, it takes at least 1hour for turning on the laptop, and if i shut it down, again i have to spend 1hour. m really fed up with this, but my good luck is that i have an HP laptop which really works good. I use laptop for 12hours a day, but i havent used SONY laptop for 10hours till date.I Purchased SONY laptop only bcause of its name i couldn't believe that this laptop is not even starting, even after restoring 3times it really ruins ur name.I previously complained abt this on 24-09-2010 but i didnt got any response from SONY.if u all cant do anything yhen just forward me Headoffice's mainline e-mail id, or at least say wht should i do. |

i am sufering a problem in my laptop display of series VGN-CS325J... I happened to find a single line in my display in a month back... now the lines are increased... how can my problem can be solve? |
