This is a complaint about newly bought Sony Vaio laptop and the after sell service they are providing.

Date of Purchase: 11 Sep-10
The above model was purchased from:
Imperial radio and gramophone co.

After purchase we noticed some problem with the audio quality of laptop. It is so low and disturbed kind of, which makes it tough to hear. Firstly we thought there must be some audio setting problem and we ignored it. But later on we brought the laptop to service center:

They inspected and decided to change the speaker. also said the speakers are not available right now so you have to wait 2-3 days. After few days they called us and replaced the speakers but the problem remains same. Then they said they will format the system, if the problem persists, they will change the motherboard. Since then they have the laptop, and today is 13 Oct 10. If we call they don't reply satisfactorily, most of the times they ask to call later as their SIR (dnt know who is this) is not available. If we go personally they tell us to come again later, which is not possible as we works outside and it takes us around 70 Kms to visit. they are not even able to tell us the status of laptop.
Now we are fed up of all this. we have bought the laptop in urgency for official use and we paid our hard earn money to get such nightmare experience with this sony product.
It was alright if the issue could have solved instantly.
They have taken enough time and if they opt for major replacement of parts, we won't accept anything less than to replace the laptop itself with the new one. The defect was manufacturing. Kindly help. Also I WON'T RECOMMEND THIS SONY VAIO LAPTOP. I have trusted sony and feels cheated.
