i have purchased a sony viao laptop model no. vpceh16en with serial no. 7001817 on 18th august 2011 in the afternoon from authorised dealer of sony ENFOTECH C-1,ARUNA PARK,MAIN VIKAS MARG,LAXMI NAGAR PHONE NO. 011-41398100,28822042, E-MAIL ID-ENFOTECH@HOTMAIL.COM which started creating windows problem on 19th august 2011 in the afternoon showing windows crashed which i recovered by spending 3 hrs on it and than it started functioning properly.but on 20th of morning when i switched on my laptop, there was no display. i called up the dealer, he asked me to come to his shop so that he could diagnose the problem.When i reached at his shop he said me to visit customer service centre for assistance.i asked him to replace the laptop as i had purchase it 2 days back ,he refused to do so saying that he can't help in this case along with the words NOWADAYS SONY HAS STARTED USING LOW QUALITY MATERIAL IN ITS PRODUCTS BECAUSE OF WHICH MORE PROBLEMS ARE OCCURING IN ITS PRODUCTS AND SONY IS ALSO SLASHING DOWN ITS PRICE. Than i visited customer service centre at dayanand vihar from where i was told to leave my laptop for a day for assistance and they suggested me to visit sony centre ,janpath lane,CP .When i went to CP branch i noticed that seal on the packed boxes of sony laptops was different from the seal on the laptop i purchased.the seal on the sony laptop at cp was much broader than shown to me at the time of purchase(i was unaware of the original sony seal at the time of purchase).at the same time i called up the dealer regarding the same seal problem.he refused telling that the seal was original.i told him to check the box of the laptop which i had left at his shop.he said he has thrown that.i even warned him beforing putting up the complaint that i'l make your complaint regarding this issue.his reply was unbearable for any consumer i.e that you can do so any time as he doesn't have fear of any such sort of complain
I want to ask sony why they are authorising such dealers who are selling their products which such issues and demoting their products.I request sony and consumer forum to take serious action against the dealer and assist me for the same so that i dont have to face any further inconvience.
