I have purchased Sony Vaio laptop on 16.10.09from Ankur Electronics CRS Mall CDB Ground Delhi.laptop went out of order on 11.07.2010 submitted for repair vide Log information No 300764854 but could not got the satisfactory results.I have again submitted on 01.10.2010 but till this date I have not got my laptop repaired.The log information no has been given again the same.I am sorry to complaint that it seems a major fault has occurred in the laptop which is unrepairable .You are requested to change the laptop as ample time has passed otherwise I am bound to go to consumer court for my right.
