This is Chirla Anil Kumar Reddy from pune
I have purchased a sony vaio vpceh25en on November 26th 2011 in Pune. With in a 2 months gap Track pad left button stopped working. After showing it to Sony Vaio Authorised center i got the laptop back in 1 day and told that problem is resolved. But After the delivery the same problem has come up again with in 2 days. I feel there has been no improvement despite of giving it the authorized Center. If this is the service then what is the use of selling such laptops.
Service Center Address: Sony Authorized Center, Raj Electronics. Near Inamdar College library.
Off MG road. Near Poona college. Pune.
Please let me know the next step
