hi dear sony techs..my viao is nearly two years old however since the past one month it has developed a peculiar snag the unit shuts down automatically without any warning with batt at full also nowdays start attempts to restart are sometimes more than six to seven times the unit has become highly unreliable and has become a source of anxiety while we use it as it just shuts down abruptly with as small squeak like sound :mad kindly help and guide pronto...
