I have purchased a laptop dell inspiron n 5110 15r from the retailer swapna computers hyderabad on 24.10.2011 by pying 30800 INR. but after 2 days cam to know that the laptop I have purchased is not form India it is authorized to sell in pakistan and it is a import material that Indian dell will not support about any warranty as it is a product from pakisntan. I repeatedly approached the retailer for change the product and give one of the indian domain but he raised the prices of the product to 3000-5000 rs that other retailers provided when i claimed my money back, he told to have a 5% of tax deduction, so I asked how can be a tax will be paid if it is on a import material having illegal sale under india, he refused to pay bac the money. please help me to get my full money back. I am working as a Sr. Executive at Dr Reddys lab if any suggestions got will be thankful to you.
