A new laptop Model no PSK0LG-01D002

I bought at 19-jul-2010 and the is a problem its hard disk in 1 month and it got replace in 10 days at their service center.
Now its hard disk is re-crashed by its hardware malfunction and they tell me to take to service center
to replace disk.
I want that to diagnose the problem of my laptop and make recover in working position in as early as possible
