Dear all,

i have purchases a toshiba laptop model no.c600-p4012 serial no. 7B453064Q from indico computers 3674/1, model gram extn. kochhar market,ludhiana on dt 12/10/2011 at 1.00pm
when i bring it home and opened its packing its screen is damaged(cracked).

i contacted the dealer but he said pack is sealed hence he can do nothing.you better call toshiba customer care. i contacted the customer care but they are saying this type of damage not come under warrenty. so they can do nothing complaint no. is 101311-188.

So please look into this matter and help me in this regard.
