I purchased Toshiba Sattelite A500-134 from Super Speed Computers L.L.C. in Dubai on 27/08/2009. The down arrow key of my laptop is stuck and to get it repaired, I had given it to the Toshiba Service center in Andheri (East), Mumbai on 16/08/2010. My laptop is under 2 Year INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY. I have not yet got my laptop after repairing even after 7 weeks while I was informed that I would gt my laptop back in 5 weeks. On contacting the service center I was told that they have sent a request to the related department and that i should call the helpline and enquire. On calling the helpline I was told that they have not got any request from the service center and i should call them and ask them to place a request. I am been mentally troubled by the delay and there is loss of valuable time and money.
Should I move to Comsumer Court??
