I want to bring in Notice the irresponsible technician at Mohan corporative Service Centre of Vaio.
In reference to Job-107964 , Laoptop - VGN- CS 17 G on 15 June , 2011, I submitted my VAIO for the replacement of just FAN and at the time of submission i double crossed check that no harm will be caused to my data , specially in drives other than "C:/". In job sheet , it was clearly mentioned that only Fan will get replace.

But when I recovered my Laptop back , technician has formatted all the data, and ruined my off all my research work i was doing for the last 2 years.I'm really shocked to see such irresponsible beaviour despite such experience and claim of being market leader at customer service.

Sir, I would like to understand the gravity of the data lost, all my engg days stuff, my work exp, my MBA data around 3-4 Gb which was extremely cruicial is lost.I'm really feeling harassesd and extremely devasted.

On bringing it to notice to manager , they displayed such a casual attitude and clearly stated its nt their concern. I questioned them being such a experience agency , didn't it become their responsibility to ask me prehand touching any confidential data and take back up before formatting.

I'm preparing to sue them as my whole life work is ruined.

I urge my all fellows to beware of VAIO, which has depreciated their quality and customer service, they are just bunch of in experience players....
