i purchase viao laptop dated on 10/90/2010 from agra
now it's dead or not working then i gave my laptop to the service center dated on 25/07/2011
and they give me as bill of 4,000 rs and then i was telling thyat my laptop is in gauranty period
and they dont give my laptop to today and said to me ki kal denge parso dengee.......

bcoz without laptop i cant join my college ,,, my classes are vanish without laptop bcoz i m a research student.......... i face many problem bcoz of sony laptop.....
plz solve my problem asap
