Default Want replacement of my VAIO laptop

I bought new Sony VAIO laptop on 22/07/2010 and paid 46500 (rs) from Sony Centre at Dehradhun and it stopped working after the fifth day of purchase. I have contacted Sony customer care and they told me few tips and followed same with them but problem didn't solved. On 30/07/2010 I have visited Sony Service Centre at Dehradhun and they told me that Hard Disk is corrupt. I lost lots of my work which I did on this for past 5 days.
I have contacted Sony Customer Care to replace my laptop with new one. I ask them about the phone number to where I can contact and ask for new one. But they have only provided me this email Sonyindia.care@ap.sony.com and I have send them email on 31/07/2010 and since than they didn't reply. I have also called up the customer care on 3/08/2010 but told me to write an email again. I wrote email again on the very same day but Sony India didn't respond to my email.
Sir, What can I do now? I wanted to sue Sony India regarding not replying my email and also not providing me new Laptop.
I will be very obliged if you could throw some light on the procedure to sue them.
