I HAD PURCHASED TRANSCEND EXTERNAL HARD DISK WHICH FAILS IN JUST 2 MONTHS SO I GO TO MY RETAILER. HE TOLD ME TO GO TO THE SERVICE CENTER.
THEN AFTER THEY ASK ME FOR SOME REGISTRATION ONLINE WEBSITE & THEN COME AGAIN WITH PRINT OF IT.
THEN SECOND TIME I GO THERE THEY ACCEPT IT & TELL ME FOR WAIT FOR A MONTH DUE TO SOME COMPANY ISSUES I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT'S WRONG.THEY TOLD ME IN THIS CONDITION IT WILL REPLACED SO IT WILL TAKE TIME. THEY CONVINCE ME DUE TO SHIPPING & OTHER FORMALITIES IT TAKE THIS KIND OF TIME.
NOW IT IS MORE THAN 45 DAYS THEY ARE NOT REPLY PROPERLY THEY TOLD ME I WILL GET MESSAGE ON MY MOBILE THEN I HAVE TO COME. THEY ARE NOT REPLYING PROPERLY. I DON'T KNOW WHAT SHOULD I HAVE TO DO. PLEASE HELP ME OUT. IT IS REALLY VERY PAINFUL FOR PEOPLE LIKE ME WHO COMES FROM POOR CLASS. IT IS LAST HOPE FOR ME I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO. PLEASE HELP ME GOD........![]()
