Hello all Am new here but not to the forum culture or the net !

I have this peculiar issue which dogging me !

I had purchased a Mobo from Asus in 2005 (A8N SLI) which gave a tough time with its numerous problems,repeated complaints to the service didn't yield any results, had to give the Mobo for service number of times ! Finally I had it with that Mobo and fought with the Distri (Rashi) and got me a upgrade (A8N SLI Deluxe) by paying extra money on June 6th 2006 with a fresh warranty of 3years (had to go through hell to get that) ! Even that gave me problems,the common problem among others is the chipset fan which blows every now and then !

Anyways a point came where the new mobo lost one of its LAN port and would power at its will and threw all sorts BOD's at me,at this point ( 6th Sep 2008) I gave the mobo to the newly opened ASUS Royal Club service center instead of the usual Rashi thinking that the direct company owned center will be much more efficient in handling the complaint (Ohh boy was I wrong ) !

Then started the mother of all pains and headaches I can ever have in one life time,at first they said will take a week's time to get it up and running,then they called me saying its ready and can collect it (after a week or so) I promptly went to collect and was made to wait ! they said they are testing it for one last time before handing the mobo to me,I thought ok its good and waited,after about half an hour later a guys comes and says while testing the Mobo conked and they didn't have any more stock of that,Hence I was asked to wait for 1 or 2 weeks ! to which I politely agreed thinking okay its not a big deal !

Then what proceeded was nothing to write home about, I surprisingly got a call from the Rashi guys telling me that they've received MY MOBO FOR SERVICE , I was like WTF ? why should ASUS company give the mobo for service to the distri ? Anyways the guy there said he doesn't have stock the of the board and asked me to wait,To which again I waited and waited.....

Its too long of a story,I've attached PDF file containing all the details if some cares to read !

Long story cut short,the summery is till date I've not received any reply let alone a replacement,the last time I contacted was in the month of Nov that is last year, I talked to the ASUS head office (nothing short of miserable experience ) in the month of Dec 09 where I was promised a call back within 1/2hr which to this date is not over for them coz I never received no call !

I got a call from the Bangalore office and the guy started giving me all the legal jargon's and asked me to read the T&C of the Service (Standard one which is printed on the acknowledgment thats given when they take a product for warranty service) ! After that no news from them !

I now don't want to talk or negotiate anything with them and would like to file a case and also would like to claim compensation to the max !

So please can someone help me in this ?? also please check the attached file and correct anything if needed and make it a proper one so that I can take a printout of the same and send it as a last warning !
