my uncle bought online me new 9800gt graphics card in 2009 but in december 2010, its fan was dead.my uncle paid over 10000 for its 3 year warranty.so i sent them the card and they said itll be replaced in china .i waited around 3 months to get it back.then the company provided me replaced one and the replaced cards are always a factory second.means dead cards repaired from company are given to us.after 2 months it was distorted display.again they sent for 3 months and card was again replaced.but it was distorted again after 1 month.they agin replaced .so this happened like 3-4 times but was the fault of company that their replaced card was a factory second.

as i live out of bombay and ordered it online now the BIG BYTE CORP they are rude and saying it will not be replcaed again and if u want it u can come here and collect it(800 KMs) for just a card.
i have still 1 year warranty left.they also not givin me a credit note saying u have to come and collect it.
