Hi Sir/Madam,

Recently, purchased a PC cabinet (model: NZXT GAMMA) from website theitdepot.com.

When I received the cabinet I found it to be broken (broken during transit).
After that when I've emailed them regarding this matter, they told me
to send the images of the broken cabinet for inspection.

Then, they wrote me again & told that they'll replace it with a new one very soon. Although, they have sent a new one (replacement of my 1st order), the newly replaced cabinet was also broken inside.

So, I've written them again & they told me that- they will be replacing it soon.
But, till date I haven't received my cabinet.

This has happened twice. Now, I've got only the broken Cabinet with me & trying to replace it. I've emailed them so many times regarding this matter & now they are not replying to it.

Please look into this matter at the earliest. I'm also providing u all the details of the purchase below:
