On 9/9/11, I had purchased Canon Printer MP287 from starcj.com (Order No. 2011-09-09-021821) for Rs. 3,295 . Within a day or two I received confirmation of shipment. However, on non-receipt till 17/9, I called customer service who said they will call you and deliver. I received a call back but the product didn't come though I followed up over phone on 19/9 and 20/9. On 24/9, I called up again and as there was no clue as to where my product was, I requested to cancel the order. I was told within 5-10 working days my card would be credited back. I had called and logged complaints on 4th Oct, 12th, 17th (2 times), 18th (2 times) but neither there was a call from their complaints department nor can I see the refund. The product have anyways not reached me.
